On January 10th, 2026 our partner, Vimodo, held a 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 at OPU House, where participants came together to learn how to reduce food waste, use seasonal ingredients, and adopt more sustainable cooking habits in everyday life.
The event began with an overview of the Erasmus+EcoCuisine project followed by an interactive quiz on food waste awareness. Participants then explored practical ways to reduce household food waste before taking part in a hands-on cooking session using zero-waste principles.
The evening concluded with a shared dinner, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the dishes they prepared and exchange ideas on sustainable food practices.
All participants received access to the 𝐄𝐜𝐨-𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐭, packed with practical tips, recipes, and zero-waste ideas to continue applying what they learned at home.
