Balkan Bridge Dissemination Event

On 12 and 20 December 2025, Balkan Bridge implemented two dissemination events aimed at promoting the deliverables of the EcoCuisine project.

During the events, participants had the opportunity to attend a presentation highlighting the two international workshops held in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Maribor, Slovenia. The EcoCuisine Recipe Booklet was also introduced, allowing participants to explore its content and draw inspiration for adopting more sustainable cooking practices.

In addition, the events provided a space for open discussion, where participants shared personal experiences related to cooking, food waste, and sustainability. Several participants contributed their own recipes, while others reflected on their volunteering experiences in Africa and shared insights into local food practices and resource use.

The events successfully brought together local participants to engage in meaningful discussions on the intersection of food waste management and cooking.
