On January 6, 2026, our project partner Rub & Stub hosted the official launch of the EcoCuisine Recipe Booklet in Copenhagen, Denmark. This event marked a key milestone for our project
Event Highlights
- Booklet Presentation: The Rub & Stub team introduced the new recipe booklet, which provides practical tools and culinary techniques specifically designed to reduce food waste.
- Sustainable Habits: A dedicated session focused on transforming New Year’s resolutions into concrete actions. Participants learned practical “tips and tricks” from the booklet to implement more sustainable routines in their own kitchens immediately.
- Networking & Exchange: The evening concluded with a New Year’s toast and an experience-sharing session. Attendees received physical copies of the booklet to begin using the resources at home.
The event successfully brought together local participants to discuss the intersection of food waste management and everyday cooking.
